Morning All
I seem to have a small Gearbox leak that is coming from the very top of the Gearbox, looks like its from where the actual stick base if that makes sense.
Has anyone any experience of something similar? Is it a box out job to fix?
Thanks

I will have to leave it to the Sprint owners to respond to you.

Could be oil leaking passed the selector rod seals (106050).

Looks like its coming from under TKC 1000 on the drawing.
Would you know if it is them seals is it a box out job to replace?

There shouldn't be any oil there! TKC1000 is the part number for the whole housing but under the lever itself is open air. the selector rod seals Mart refers to area few inches further forward.
You can take the tunnel out, not a fun job as it also means removal of the parcel tray. Then you can remove the selector housing and replace the O rings with the box in situ.

You need to get a proper look. Ideally clean it up with brake cleaner, drive it and look for where the leak is starting. It could be the top cover gasket, selector seals, I can't remember if the breather is up there too? That should be located and checked it is clear.

I suspect that it is those o-ring seals on the selector rods which are leaking.

Find the right sized ½ inch vee seal and fit these instead of the o-rings and the problem disappears

I remove the tunnel cover without removing the parcel shelf, and when that is done it is possible to remove the gearbox top cover without disturbing the gearbox.
