Hi Guys,

After a pair of check straps for the rear doors for my Sprint, including the brackets that bolt to the b post, only noticed today that both of mine are missing when the door flew open!

Looked in all the normal places, but have drawn a blank trying to source these.

I have spare check straps, but only one pair of the brackets which I need for my own project. I will however take the brackets to the panel fabricator to see if he can replicate them...

Yes please on the check straps, have sent you a PM.

The brackets look as if they should be reasonable to fabricate (from the odd picture I have seen from B post panel cuts etc. online). Might even have a go myself at making some, do you have the dimensions? Definitely an idea to see if they could be replicated by the fabricator, it would be nice if the club could offer them, they don’t seem to be available anywhere.

I took the brackets to the fabricator today and he's confident he can replicate...

Count me in for a pair of these brackets from the fabricator. Did he give an idea of lead time to get setup to start producing these, and the cost per set?
