Reversing switch oil leak

I have an oil leak from the gearbox which seems to be coming from the reversing switch. I was surprised to see a leak so high up on the gearbox. Is this a normal place to see a leak. What type of seal does it take and are they available. Also are the switches available. I had a quick look on the usual parts suppliers but couldn’t find anything.
