Hi

Having a clear out, below is my 1975 1500TC for sale with the below modes. I would say its a a running project but now at the point were it will need body work and its not something I am interested in doing.

Few write ups of my mods on the forum. Still in the garage as not been on the road since last year but I will get more recent photos in the next few weeks.

Triumph 1500TC work done to date JHY820P

Suspension
- Front – AVO adjustable with HD springs and new top mounts and bushes (Poly)
- Rear – GAZ adjustable with HD springs and new mounts and bushes (Poly)
- Front and rear roll bars added
Brakes
- Front - Tracker jack conversion with braided hoses
- Rear – MGTF Discs and callipers with braided hoses
- System flushed and new brake fluid added.
Exhaust
- Full Rimmer brother’s stainless system with warranty
Steering
- New rack, tod ends, intermediate shaft and UJ replaced with Poly mounts and new clamps
Engine
- Unleaded head convection and new gaskets
- Service every year including new oil, fuel air filters, spark plugs, tappets set, and carbs cleaned.
- New water pump, thermostat, and hoses fitted.
- Flushed cooling system and new coolant added.
- Power spark Electronic Ignition Kit with new rotor and cap
- Larger battery fitting and re-located into the boot
- New fuel level sensor fitted in tank
- Replaced all rubber fuel hoses
Body
- 15inch MG TF wheels with correct wheel studs and nuts (New MG parts)
- Replaced boot floor
- New boot lid
- New boot seal
- New seat belts
- Bluetooth stereo and speakers

Rear axel

- Stripped, painted and rebult with new bearings and seals
- Brass Breather fitted
- Drums removed and disc conversion fitted.

Issues
Body work is ok in places, but badly painted. Drivers side jacking point required replacement and passengers rear arch and hole in front wing.
The carpet has no underfelt and could do with replacing.

Spares – Standard springs, filters and spark plugs

Regards

Barry
