Brake booster size

I have in hand 2 brake booster units for Betty's front drum to disc upgrade.

The first one off a later Toledo is quite crusty, so I obtained a second better condition one which when putting side by side is slightly larger in diameter (maybe 10mm).

I'm thinking this is off a Dolomite? Can anyone advise if there are any potential clearance issues?

There shouldn’t be any issues, no.

Shake them, if they rattle, they’re compromised. If they don’t rattle it doesn’t mean they’re not though.

Take care with single line master cylinders not to depress the brake pedal until the system is charged with fluid, and even then when bleeding don’t push the pedal to the floor. It’s generally an issue with sprint units, but there’s no warning if you shatter the piston!

No size or fitting issues at all, I've run up to a Sprint size servo on my 2 door without any mods whatever.

Though the biggest ones make filling the clutch master a bit hit/miss!
