A warning to LED bulb enthusiasts. I have heard a story of a TR6 owner who, prior to a trip to Europe, replaced the warning light bulb with an LED one. End result: A tow home. It appears that the LED, due to it's different resistance to an incandescent bulb, effectively broke the charging circuit. As a result, fried diodes in the Alternator.

That has always been the 1 bulb not to replace with LED on the dash.
