Looking to sell my 1500HL project, iv owned this for 3 years now and in that time I have barely touched it, and in reality I'm actually never going to get around to it.
Firstly please take note, this is a project and it does need work.
Il list a few points about the car below;
- Engine has been swapped to a 1300 on twin carbs
- GRP front wings and front panel
- New sills and strengtheners
- New rear wheel arches
- Various welding repairs
- Prop shaft rebuilt
- Rear ARB fitted and some poly bushes
Being a project it does need more work, doors require repair / replacement. Some more welding is required (patch on boot floor and possibly inner front wings). Exhaust is blowing so will need replacement. No doubt there will also be more to add to this list...
When i brought the car i spent some time getting it running, this was 3 years ago now so will no doubt need some tinkering to get it going again. It ran fine and i do have a video showing it running if anyone is interested. The clutch will need either slave / master cylinder replacing as it was a struggle to get in gear (although i did manage to get it driving at the time)
The interior is in ok condition, the rear seats are probably the worst part as the material is coming away.
I'm sure i have some spares hidden away somewhere that i will include.
It will come on standard steel wheels (the pictures i have show sprint alloys fitted but these are not included).
I am looking for £1250
The car is located in bristol and will need recovering as it does not currently start / drive.
