Does anyone have a working cap, vented type, either lockable or not for sale please ?

It can be quite difficult to see if a locking type petrol cap is vented so I will attach a photograph of a cap that I stripped down to find out how it was vented.

This one is completely different from mine, but thanks.

What you can do is to take the rubber seal out and then cut a groove across it to let air in and then replace it. I do not think many MoT engineers actual look at the seal and it is no different from having a vented cap.

Another Sprint owner suggested I drill a small vent hole through the alloy and up towards to lock, inside the rubber ring. I did and it works. I have another non-vented one I can use for the MOT. Thanks for your suggestion too.
