The Triumph Dolomite Club - Discussion Forum

It has come to my attention (thanks Trevor) that The Old Brickworks has closed down and will be only available to people staying at the adjoining Premier Inn. This means that I need to start looking for another venue. I've already had some suggestions put forward but I'm open to further suggestions. Ideally, it needs to be central to West Yorkshire with decent transport links. As soon as I've found a suitabel venue, I'll let Steve W. know so he can update the details in the mag.

One place that comes to mind is The Railway in Drighlington which is literally up the road from the pervious venue.

Bit of a moot point as I'm now all the way over in East Yorkshire these days, but not far from the Brickworks is the Bobbin Carrier, which used to be a decent place.

I've decided to go with The Railway. My signature will be updated accordingly. Thanks for the suggestions. They may come in as a Plan B if things don't work out at The Railway.

Good morning Toledo man and fellow triumph addicts in west yorks! I'm Richard and have just joined this club. I'v been renovating "the mysterious sandglow dolomite" that no one else wanted to buy from hampsons auctions last year. I live in Bolton, and want to know if the west yorks meet at drighlington is my nearest club meet venue?

Quite possibly but looking at the map.
There is a north west meet at Daresbury Warrington this is closer I would think in the Dolly mixture there is the list of contacts for your nearest area.
