Where does your son get his metal from for his beetle? I only want like 50 cm square but the only place I know sells it by like 6 ft X 4ft minimum!

Should be a local welding shop somewhere that can provide you with that kind of size? That's where we get ours from

all the bits that require welding on the bug are being replaced with new panels got loads from e-bay some nos ones too !!!
but depending on how much metal you want i should have some in the garage
and of course theres livermores i'm sure that they do half sheets
dont you have any bit left from your panel work exploits ??

No someone left them out in the rain for a few months and now there scrap

Me and Rich spent the best part of a day looking for metal. We went to somewhere beginning with F not far from the Driving test place by you George

but livermores will do small sheets and it's not 5 mins away from me
