i see the oil cooler options on robber bros.
is there any cheaper ( and possibly better ) alternatives out there,
maybe even OEM part from another car.
where have you mounted your oil cooler ? and where does it connect to the block? presume ill need a sandwitch plate?
talking of which i need a cover plate for the fuel pump housing. seeing as im going to be using an electronic pump. any ideas where i can get one?
once again many thanks guys.
James.

You can make the cover plate for the fuel pump...or get them from Moss.
You can get the special oil pump adaptor plate but I'm not sure if Moss still have these.
My oil cooler is behind the no. plate but not much good there for a road car (as I need to take the no. plate off).

excellent.
my filter king and red top pump turned up today.
would there be any issues in using the original ( and pretty new) fuel line and having the pump in the engine bay?

Unless you are going to track it, stick either a thermostatic cooler on or get an oil temp guage first. Over colling the oil wont help your nice fresh engine.

im sure its the same oil take of plate as mine, if it has MOCAL on the bag.
I've been in comms with radtec (theyve done my rad) and im using a bowman water cooled oil cooler, LOTS of advantages, as per other thread, and you dont need to be chopping your front panel!!
