Is anyone else using Parcel Dont Go DHL and having problem's.

Last week I placed a order to have three parcel's collected on Monday.

They only took one (Did you get the Master/Servo OK Neil) saying the other's arent booked.

(All where paid for on line with receipt's)

So another phone call was made to have another collection for Wednesday.

There still sitting in the hall way today no sign of Parcel Dont Go.

Back to the Post Office from now on and queue up with the Grannys from now on.

Should of learnt my lesson the other week took them three day's to collect one  .

Yes thanks. Now all I have to do is get a car to fit it to.
I've also been having delivery problems lately.

I got a parcel collected with Steveporter a few weeks ago, the picked it up 3 days late, then claimed they had delivered it when they hadn’t, then lost it saying it wasn’t were the driver had put it in their depot. then they delivered it to wrong address.

Then I had some stuff sent to me using Business post they claimed to have delivered the first parcel which I never saw. So a second was sent this time they claimed to have left a card a didn’t then were told to leave in the garage but left a card. The card had a phone number on it for a depot thats been closed for 3 months. They then delivered it to the wrong address and cant get it back. But they have at least ordered me some replacements and assure me it will be here on Saturday morning. We will have to see.

I guess the only reason they are still in business is because they are all rubbish.

had problems with parcel line a while ago.
expecting a delivery (mobile phone) didn't turn up after i stayed in all day ,next day theyleft a card saying i could collect from the local depot which isn't even in the same city mon-fri 9am till 5 pm., yep during regular working hours and it would take mrs1300dolly 30 mins on the bus , she works office hours.and had to be collected within 5 days.no redelivery possible.found out through a mate that there is someone in the office saturday mornings so i went there and to my surpise the chap agreed that it was stupid opening hours and handed over the parcel.
