Re: Sprint Shell Restoration
Hiya Mikey. If u find a good bodyshop in the North be sure to let me know, I haven't found one yet!!
All really good shops seem to be way down south. Even at that, i've been severely messed about by 2, and thankfully its been 3rd time lucky for me.
The one i've found is way down near Norfolk. To be honest, my opinion is, if u find a painter who does an excellent job, and takes pride in his work, use him, no matter where he is. If my next Sprint needs paint I'll be giving him it, and i'll be trailering from Glasgow!! The way I look at it, he's so good, there's no need for him to be local, because i've no need to keep popping in to look over his shoulder to see if he's done it right!

Re: Sprint Shell Restoration
Nearest one I can think of is Vermont Classics in Leeds. They've restored a CT friend's MK1 2.5 PI estate (ultra rare) and they're rebuilding another CT friend's accident damaged Acclaim. Chris (Leeds Sprint) uses them as well so he can vouch for the quality of their work.
Edit: You'll know those two CT friends Mike. Barry (Acclaim Guru) & Paul respectively. I won't give out their full names on here but they're regulars at the P&P area meet so you'll know who they are.
