Track control arms that rattle...............?

Yesterday I removed the front subframe from my early 1850. Bearing in mind it had been on the car for 36 years, this was surprisingly easy to do, which made me nervous.
On dismantling the suspension assemblies I was surprised to find that both track control arms rattled at the inner pivot. This was due, on one side to an excessively worn bolt. On the other side the bolt had seized in the bush, which had caused the bolt holes (in the suspension upright bracket) to wear into quite large ovals.
It is always worth investigating those little knocks and rattles..........
