the 2.500 pi's had a different g/box to the standard one it's in the parts book but cant think if it had it's own supplement to the main parts book it was a police interceptor under the listing for parts<br>
the rover p6b also had a gearbox fitted that wasn't a standard one<br>
never had sprints in ...

if they did ever come with them in the boot i didn't see any had loads of other bits in the boot though from the q control at leyland being nil.... in my years at a main dealership dare say they could be had from bl and others (at a price) but not as standard fitment

the dwell angle is 39 deg +/- 1 deg and unless you have a meter you cannot check it just adjust your points correctly and your dwell will be o.k<br>

por 15.. just bought some not as a cure for rust but to treat the new floor pans etc on my sons bug some on here have tried it though if it's as good as they say .....<br>
it does what it says on the tin expect they'd encounter law suits in the usa if it wasn't as they claim

easier to pull of strikere on the pillar adjust gaps via shims (most doors have these)it's a bit of a pain to get the gaps right but it's a case of trying it up and add/ remove shims as required then when door gap is ok refit the striker plate to the pillar and set it up i usually hold the button in ...
