Wheels and tires

ive got my standard dolly sprint alloy wheels here. <br>

and a set of tires and i was wondering if there fit..<br>

The tires are 185/60/13s <br>

i think on the wheels at the mo is 175/70/13?

i thought if it was a release bearing the noise would be there if the clutch was up or down? <br>

i was driving home last night with all main beams on and for what ever reason i flicked them off <br>
