Re: Subaru/Triumph Imprint
Hmmm, thanks guys, Dave, totally agree about the width issue but I think the whole package of re-engineering is so huge that the re-working of the bodywork in the nose to accommodate the flat four lump will be just part of the challenge. Oh I'm REALLY starting to think about this now.....
Re: Subaru/Triumph Imprint
Dolomite Shell is ruined underneath, but surprisingly solid everywhere else. All for keeping them original but this would preserve the looks, just a "subtle" change of mechanicals.
Sprinteza, like that too.
the BEST way to feed yourself at Uni is get friendly with some girls. I lived in student flat as the only bloke, me and 5 birds. Utterly fantastic. Flat was clean, I got fed and plenty to look at as you can imagine, only drawback was, for about 2-3 days a month I REALLY had to stay out of the way ...

Re: What annoyed me today.....
Took me 50 minutes to travel 2 miles this morning because Aberdeen City Council have dug up 2 roads to pedestrianise Union Street in 15 years or something, and the entire city grinds to a halt. Nearly a whole hour of suffering Chris Moyles and/or local radio adverts for double glazing and tile ...

Le Mans 2006
Spotted a couple of Sprints over the weekend. Cracking Green one BGF (Parked in Arnage and just north of Rouen at side of the road as we waited to get past the Camper inferno. (pics on Piston heads, crying shame) and a Red sprint I think it was parked up near Houx Annexe Roundabout on mad Friday.<br ...

Re: Thats....
So what is it then? Early Sprint, Re-shelled 1850....this is quite intriguing...Puzzled that there is no visible Engine number though....haven't looked at my engines for a while (We're not speaking) but seem to recall the number stamped on the block on all 3 of them.
