Cam Sprocket

My spax adjustable seats have siezed solid to the body, no up and down for me anymore. My friend just bought a set of AVo's for his Europa, they do look very well made.<br>

Project Engineer for an HVAC equipment manufacturer. Basically I design and test equipment. i did auto engineering at Bolton Institute but there's no auto industry where I live now.<br>

I once visited Sprintspares in southend and they had a poster of a Dolly leading a pack of Crapis down the craner curves at Donnington. Has anyone seen it or know where to get one from. It must have been 20years since I saw it and I still remember it!<br>

Patches
I did the patches thing in january dollyboy, they were by far the best method I tried, you really have towant to stop smoking though for them to work. I recently lapsed, but have bought another box to help me again. Good luck.<br>

cooler takeoff housing
Anyone run into clearence issues with the oil cooler takeoff interfering with the oil pump, It wasn't an issue before. <br>
