Split the bush, just on one side to allow you to wrap it over the bar and then slide into place; the design of the mounting bracket allows this without detriment to performance and many replacement bushes are pre-split a la steering rack ones.

The bootlock number is stamped on the back of the glovebox lock, no such luck with ignition and doors, though usually many keys will fit a dololmite door!<br>

I agree, there is sufficient compression on at least three of those to get it running (albeit badly perhaps) if all else is ok...
