special saloons/ sillhouette series

#1 Post by Dave » Thu Feb 05, 2004 3:43 pm

Anyone seen this series, where the body has to be right shape ( at least down the middle) but EVRYTHING else is free. You get some fun and spectacular vehicles often a formula car with a fibreglass copy body on top.tony Sugdens Formula 3 skoda estelle a formula 5000 vw variant, a lotus elan with the wildest ARCHES ever.A reliant kitten with either a rover v8 or a small block chevy springs to mind as well. I also remember a moggy minor with what looked like about a foot of extra width and lowered so that it scraped the ground run by Houghton Garage.
