I have 'unearthed' a Sprint competition cam. It is obviously ground from the standard blank [ usual casting marks / numbers etc.] However it looks like it is not a 'reprofiled' standard one as the lobes are too 'meaty' to have been ground out of a std. lobe, so probably ground straight from the casting <br>
The base circle is .040" less than standard<br>
I have measured the lift - .425" and the only other mark apart from the above is a 'Z' on the rear end face.<br>
Can any of you boffins identify it ??!!
