Memory playing tricks?

#1 Post by ddu » Wed Jan 11, 2006 9:35 pm

Am I losing it or were rear window louvres available for sprints? I remember them on Ford crapis and minis, but must have romantic/blurred memories of the late 70's and early 80's as i cant find one anywhere! Also, hands up who had a huge f/glass whip arial from the wing to the roof gutter.... this looked the mutts when you were a 10 year old boy, and if you had a CB, whooah....

Don't know if they were availiable but I've seen them on the Broadspeed Sprints, so I guess...yea, at some point! <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... s/pimp.gif ALT=":hat">
Can't ever remember seeing one on a Sprint.
I did have a whip aerial on my MK3 Cortina (go faster black, the car not the aerial).
