How do I post digital pictures please...?

#1 Post by SuffolkSprint » Tue Jan 17, 2006 10:47 pm

I was going to ask if anyone recognises an old exhaust manifold I have, but the Copy-Paste technique with the photo didn't work!

Give us a clue?

Thanks <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /happy.gif ALT=":D">

Go to www.picturehost.co.uk/

Browse for the image you want to show, press upload.

It will then say that it has been uploaded successfully and provide a url. Highlight the url by holding down the left mouse button and dragging across it, when its highlighted, keep the mouse over it and right click, select copy.

Now when you put your reply up here you will see the image button on the left of where you input text. Press it and paste your url reference into it (after deleting http first from the box!) press OK and then it should be fine. Sorry if that's long winded. It'd dead easy once you have done it a couple of times.
What...

#6 Post by Jon Tilson » Wed Jan 18, 2006 6:21 pm

a stupid place to put the instruments...right where they bash your knees.

Good car but somewhere I think the guys lost the plot on the interior...radicallity was clearly more important than practicality...

TVR have a Stupid way of opening doors too. Button under the mirror FFS. What happens when an oik in a white van takes yer mirror off? Either the dooors pop open or you cant get in?

I prefer ALGIK
Your knees are alot further down than the instruments. It's more like sitting in an elise or an MGBGT where your legs are practically horizotal.

There is an alternative way in should the battery die or someone knocks your door mirrors off that doesn't involve smashing windows.

My dolly is my first love but for a car less than ten years old in a sea of modern rubbish, any TVR stirs the soul a little for me.
Apart from the exterior colour, I love it. <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... s/sick.gif ALT=":x"> <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... s/sick.gif ALT=":x"> <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... s/sick.gif ALT=":x"> <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... s/sick.gif ALT=":x"> <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... s/sick.gif ALT=":x"> <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... s/sick.gif ALT=":x">

It does look better in the flesh rather than that picture. I also like the fact that the speedo reads all the way around to 220mph much like early Suzuki Hayabusa's!

Back on topic. The free host I suggested originally seems to have a limit. If you google 'free image hosting' then there are plenty of options for people to get their pictures on the web quickly.
