Re: towbar
I'm of the thought that the T2000 is much wider at the rear end and IRS so the tow bar may need much modification.
SILVERY?

Re: towbar
I doubt it. The dolly one goes from the towball, straight towards the front of the car and then has a t-piece across the boot floor. If you can picture that. I'll give you the number of the guy who is buying it. He might not want it anymore.

I will have one spare next week...

Re: towbar
I'm assuming you want it to ferry Adam's bitz around & not tow anything substantial? By the way, a tow bar for a Sprint isn't a very good swap!

Re: towbar
Not sure yet.

So 810 kilo shouldn't be a problem? Manual says 762 kilo for the 1300, 1500 and 1850 for a braked trailor...

Re: towbar
I think that`s the least of your worries.

have a look at this.
<a href="http://www.direct.gov.uk/Motoring/Drive ...

I think you`ll find that you`ll be over the weight limit for your licence, reson I say it is because my sister tows a horse box on the back of her discovery, she had to do an extra driving test because she passed her test after 01/01/97.

Re: towbar
I was thinking more along the lines of the Sprint not being upto the job, too highly geared, overheating etc. you no what I mean.
