I'll be around...at one end of the road or the other.

Most welcome...

and Adam, so far from five TVR owners, my old boss who had two AMG55, a Client who has ferarri and maserati stock piled in sheds on his estate, another Client who has a 330, a Mondial and a Bentley Coupe...so I think they are sufficiently aurally qualified. As Scott says (whom I passed at speed on the Motorway once), not dissimilar.

Sounds like a metro around town though.

K series has the potential to be an excellent engine, provided it's well sorted

Only suffered partially due to negligent owners......but those bolts were a ridiculous idea.
tell all the owners who had/still having gasket failures some at stupidly low mlg's mostly due to crap gaskets and design

but it is tuneable

Apologies for not turning up Alun. Didn't get it until 4pm and it was absolutely peeing down. Good news is that the hood seems water-tight.

I've got an unidentified stainless steel exhaust. Might be a Magnex from pictures that I have seen on the net. Its not that loud to be honest but I quite like it. Its got a K&N filter sucking in hot air from the engine bay. Might splash out on a decent sealed system. Drives very well apart from wheel vibration over 100 elephants. Sympathetically took it to 130 elephants. That close ratio box is a joy. Seems quicker than the one I drove a few years ago. It does 80mph in 5th at 4000rpm. Don't know how that compares to yours? Probably shorter geared slightly.

I'll definitely pop in and see you with it, maybe next week some time.

Edit. Its actually a Brooke Kensington exhaust. Just found a picture on the web that matches exactly.
