ot that I'd part with cash to that seller anyway, but why on earth has he cut it where he has (or at all really)?<br>

The only Dolly I've seen in need of repair around those areas is my hl, and that's because I bent it! He's gone through the wings and rear arches in a most unusual, and IMO pointless way. And created another dead Dolly for little obvious gain. Strange man.
