I would have some interest but don't want to buy a shed.

A viewing perhaps?

#5 Post by willow48 » Wed Sep 21, 2005 8:11 am

Thanks for your help, it's truely appreciated. I am many, many miles away from the location of this car. Would there be anyone, a club member perhaps , who has experience of Dolomite Sprints and lives locally, who would be able to go over and have a look and report back?

I'm not sure how this works normally as regards payment etc but would be willing to send a few quid for beer tokens etc in exchange for someone with a good knowledge of the cars and especially be able to state whether the car is as stated A1 ++ or otherwise.

Thanks
I would think in this situation, if you turned up to collect and the car wasn't in 'Concours' condition, you would have a water-tight reason for walking away with the cash in your pocket. Same goes for the V5 being odd and not stating 'Model: Sprint'. It looks genuine to my eyes. Not sure if there are any board regulars up that way.

Good luck.
