Rather tidy looking 1300 on the bay with biege vinyl but brown cloth seat covering. Is this rare?<br>

No, the nylon seats were standard fitment from 1978 on. Only the '76-'78 1300s had the vinyl ones. Nylon might have been an optional extra on the early cars, but I've not got my sales brochure in front of me to refer to. I suspect that it may not have been as I only recall sundym glass being on the options list.
