You're right Alun, buy house number 3 so you can store even more Dollys! Perhaps you can open a Dolomite museum and take people on tours round to Coventry? <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /laugh.gif ALT=":lol">

I like the black Dollys but isn't this a bit beyond repair even for you (I'm not doubting your ability but miracles aren't abundant)?????
Has my magenta Sprint been delivered yet?
No, haven't joined the force (all those questions!)

is going for this one isnt it? It starts out in life with the worst Italian scrapyard steel that Leyalnd could get cheap, its given the worst ever factory paint job....its left sitting in the open at Speke between coats...it gets sold to someone in Scotland and driven round on 6 months of salty roads for the first part of its life....
Probably owned by a granny who used washing up liquid to clean it (containing more salt of course)....then its parked up on grass and the windows left open...

I'm surprised it isnt just a pile of dust....
Hmm £1... Get a decent square lighter 1500 for about £200, paint black, swap SE parts over, swap VIN plates. Sell on as v'rare good nick SE for more than you spent in the first place <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /laugh.gif ALT=":lol">

i would have tried to drive it home actually!! <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /laugh.gif ALT=":lol">

someone called old git got it which is a proper pain in the arse as I could have really done with the seats n carpets, carbs and manifold for the toledo, but they'd be HS4s i think, 1.5", bit too big for 1300 possibly. dont think the SE was standard with twin carbs.

anyone know who old git is?
Dolly 1300 and Toledo had a single HS4 as standard.
