Dash is off an early model with the speedo in 10mph intervals & the hazard rocker switch in the middle. Hand brake lever is the later type. Steering wheel is the earlier type but could be the later type with the inserts removed. As said, the vinyl roof is the later type with no seams. The front indicators are the later type as Reg pointed out. The nose badge is early type (but so is mine on my '79). It's got the early single line MC. Later type plastic expansion tank. Early type stat. housing. Similar trim to my '79. Early boot badge. Late rear bumper. Looks like Inca but inner wings look like Mimosa.

That's about it, from what I can see.

Anyone interested, I may be able to look at it.
Got a feeling seatbelt stalks are 'later; type IIRC. Metal breather hose to cam cover is early shape. Can't tell what size the wheels studs are Don't think they did Mimosa or Inca with Chestnut trim, but as we all know, several years after they've left the factory and once we've 'had a tinker', you can get any combination you like

Plastic filler plug on top of thhermostat housing - was brass the usual on earlier or is it the other way round.

The issue of lower door trim and sill trim is very confused on later cars - all permutations possible. No idea about the earlier ones
