That's a good little collection. I bet there'll be a few punters on that.

1300mash, are you kram1300. i am watching these but don't want to get into a bidding war with club member. it would be daft to push the price up.
Without giving too much away, it's the Club's intention to loan out items such as these to club members to help make servicing their cars easier....

I am bidding on these on behalf of the club and if I win them I will be custodian of the set and as Andy says we can lend them to members. Hopefully the price won't rocket too much...
Bought by a club member who didn't realise that the club was interested in the kit. We may be able to sort something out...
It would really help if we could get members to read this section regularly, maybe we can prevent bidding wars like this in the future

Why not open a new identity, simply called "TDC" and then alert all members through the magazine what its for; I'm sure certain folk could give the new identity 'provenance' relatively quickly...

It turned out that we had two club members bidding against a club official, both unaware of the club's intentions . A lesson has been learnt, we really must look into setting up a club account and publicising the fact that if the club is bidding, it will be because we want to buy something for the benefit of the members.
