Has anyone looked at this? I know there are some 'dubious' parts about it (plates, etc) but I'm very interested in it. Fancy making a fast straight-four

I believe David (aka David6214) has been to look at it, as it is very near to him. Over to you Dave.

Lewis. I have been to see it. The guy put it on for £500 last time and didn't get any interest I don't think. At no reserve I thought I would give it a go.

My bid isn't that high, and I won't bid again. Debs kindly reminded me about my lack of space the other day. If you bid over my bid I won't bid against you.

I did'nt 'officially' look at the car, but yes I have seen it. If I was going to bid anymore I would look more carefully. I could go check it out for you without much effort. Don't know about 1300's specifically, but know where to look for rust and can assess general condition. As the crow flies its around 2 miles from me!

I'll send you a mail as well
Ah cool

Well, like I said I shall see how the bidding goes. Didn't want to displace anyone else's bid, so thought I'd check.

I've got a friend who's interested in your blue'un on the 'bay! Looks a clean car, barring the mentioned (takes me right back, it does ). Be interesting to see wether he puts his money where his mouth is!

Thanks,
...more like the name of a fictitious village I would set a murder mystery suspense novel in. Perhaps David Suchet could visit just by chance on holiday and solve it whilst he was there?

...Emsworth Green is a pretty picturesque chocolate box village I invented in Somerset and is home to Sir Ralph StJohn something or other, bachelor squire and wealthy lothario; hero of my new novel

I think Lewis may be a bit young for the Bob Bura input, more than one hand at work here methinks...
