Hi

I have just come in from working on car (fitting new rear gas shocks - still have rust in my hair !) whilst I was there I was going to remove and replace the Trailing Arms as I have a pair of NOS ones ready for fitting.

I managed to remove all bolts except the ones in the rear (to the axle) whilst the nuts came off fine, I am unable to move the bolt, thus unable to remove the arms from the car, I can move them about a 1/4 turn each way but thats all. Cannot get a good swing at them with the hammer as The rear drums and brake pipes are in the way.

Anybody else come across this and know what is stopping them from coming out and if so how can you remove them ?

Ta !
