Steering adjustments

on my MOT fail sheet(one of many) on full lock o/s/f tyre hitting antiroll bar! can i adjust my track rod on this side as there is plenty of thread to play with or will it bugger up my tracking?<!--EZCODE EMOTICON START : --><img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... ohwell.gif ALT=":"><!--EZCODE EMOTICON END--> ........also it say's steering stiff any idea's will be more than welcome..............cheers
