electric fuel pump [carb float chambers overflowing]

#1 Post by philglasgow » Fri Sep 10, 2004 11:29 pm

Hiya

my recently aquired 1973 sprint in mimossa has had an electric pump conversion , however with the ignition on and ocassionally whilst driving , 1 of the carbs floods,, there is no return on carb so petrol goes everywhere, now i know this is dangerous , but someone told me i can by some sort of device which will reduce flow of petrol from the pump.

Can anyone help?

Phil
