they are completely out of place and will give you serious bachache...
If you wanted something with seats like this get a Golf or a Nove and sell that otherwise lovely Sprint to someone who will look after it properly...
#6 Post by LewisK » Sat Mar 20, 2004 4:30 pm

I went to macdonalds and some 12 year old gave me l337 tuning advice and now i have a dump valve (30hp) an oil cooler (another 30hp) some stickers (30x number of stickers) and a 5" exhaust all the way through.

K&N cold intake too, 60 comes up in like 18 seconds it rips cane any of ur old cars. FWD so much better than rwd, specially on my 18" alloys from halfords.

Lost weight too, took out all my back seats and soundproofing too, added some aerosytle bodykit handles so much better, clamped the springs too take 6" off my ride hite i pawn any ov ur cars on strip.
You have to take the rough with the smooth James. Some will like them and some won't. I know for a fact that everyone will slate you for the language use. I'd edit it pretty sharpish if I were you before too many people see it. Sometime my kids will be reading it over my shoulder and I don't really want to explain to them what it means.
...you need to be more explicit in future (about who you were referring to) but you might get the wrong idea and your next post would read like an eminem lyric!
Back ache

#13 Post by Carsreunited » Sun Mar 21, 2004 1:27 am

Don't know if there is any science behind it but my interpretation is that over bumps, firm seats don't do any of the absorbtion (sp?), your lower back does. On the standard seats as you know, when you go over a bump, the springs in the seat base absorb you compressing into them which puts less force on your spine.
