Front Quarter Light, Seal Replacement

I know many of you have probably performed this task before, can you give me any suggestions? None of the manuals were of much help. The old seal was rather dry and full of cracks, so I have a new set of rubber seals that I meed to fit. I have no idea how to get started. All ideas welcome!<br>

It's been a while since I did the ones on my car. Can't remember whether I took the bits out in this order, but here goes. no doubt there will be other replies that are more helpful!!<br>
<br>
remove screw from bottom of upright chanel for window to run on.<br>
<br>
Remove winder mechanism and window glass<br>
<br>
drill out the two rivets that hold the hinge in place (under door seal)<br>
<br>
Remove quarterlight assembly.<br>
<br>
Replace rubber<br>
<br>
Re-rivet<br>
<br>
re assemble.<br>
