Speedo erratic at below 30 mph

Hi,<br>
In my car (sprint) the speedo reading is somewhat erratic below 30 mph with the needle not staying constant at the speed you are doing. <br>
However at above 30 mph it is fine like a normal modern car.<br>
Do I have a fault or is this part of the joy?<br>
