wont turn over

Hi can anyone shed any light on this, Sprint 2.00<br>
Sometimes when i turn the key I just get a click and oil and batt lights go dull , this could happen any time , but if i keep doing it enough times it will turn over , batt voltage is 12.70 volts when running , also got 1 of those booster packs fully charged and when hooked up to my battery it makes no difference. <br>
Is it a bad earth or starter/solenoid problem , any advice would be great thanks<br>
