HT leads

#1 Post by tinweevil » Fri Jun 03, 2005 12:51 pm

Found my king lead is shot yesterday, full (but unrelated) story here.

Someone recommended a brand of leads on here a while back, possibly magnecor? Where do I get these and do they fit the standard cap or the club alternative?

Cheers
Yep, they're the ones. You can get them from Sprintparts either with or without the caps. I think Mark (Jigsaw) may still have a set (Scott will know). I've just fitted these to my track Sprint (cheers Graeme).
I got some Magnecor leads for my 1850 and found Motorsportworld to be the cheapest.

Wouldn't they have been cheaper from Magnecor? They do supply to customers direct.
Excellent leads by the way. Get an Aldon Flame thrower coil as well if you are that way inclined. I had about a 7% increase in bhp afte fitting one over the Lucas Gold Coil. It was a back to back test and the improvement was obvious. Cleared the top end power up no end as well.
