voltage stabiliser

only use the use the uprated electronic version, its much better

Faffing about with 'used 2nd hand units'most of them have gone tits up by now. I have to agree with the Electronic route - I worried myself grey ( no that was marriage / kids / mortage that did that) about temperature - turned out to be a duff VS. I fitted an electronic unit and no worries. Wonder can you get a VS for other things?

Bank balance stabiliser would be a good start! Partner's mood stabiliser anyone? Bet I could sell a few of those.<br>

I spent months trying to sort out over-heating. This included many times letting the engine cool down in lay-bys and also replacing my 1850 rad with sprint item. When I changed the voltage regulator I deiscovered it was not overheating at all. Put your mind at rest!
