Engine crane Question

Is a half tonne engine crain strong enough to lift the Sprint engine out along with the gear box ?????<br>

I'd use a 1 tom minimum to be safe. The problem with the smaller foldup ones isnt so much the actual lift capacity as the stability of the base and quality of castors etc. You dont want it falling over as you go over a floor seam.<br>

Crane

A small crane will fall over and bend (have t-shirt)<br>

The legs need to be pretty long and the arm will have to take apretty hefty weight and also be able to host ot high enough to clear the front.<br>
<br>
I got one for about 30quid a week from my local higher shop
