Membership renewals - URGENT!
A polite reminder to those members who haven't yet renewed their subscriptions - please let Ian (membership secretary)have your subs as soon as possible.If your subs were due in March you will have received a reminder in the last edition of Dolly Mixture.If in doubt,please get in touch with Ian now.
Dolly Mixture is now at the printers,so get your subs in fast!
Thanks.<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /happy.gif ALT=":D">

Re: Ian Info
Ian's phone number is in Dolly Mixture,but if you joined in September or October then your renewal date will be in September.It also tells you when your renewal date is on the back of your membership card.<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /happy.gif ALT=":D">
Re: Membership renewals
Hi Martin
This is an extract from the minutes of our committee meeting on 6th October 2001,which were published in the December 2001 edition of Dolly Mixture;

"4.It was noted that having a renewal date of 1st January caused many problems and it was agreed that two renewal dates would be used in future.Members joining in November,December,January or February would be asked to renew in the next March joining point(at least 12 months on from the time of joining).Members joining in April would renew the following March but would be issued with the previous edition of Dolly Mixture.
Members joining in May,June,July or August would renew in September the following year.Members joining in October would also renew the following September but would also be issued with the previous edition of Dolly Mixture."

At the time we couldn't think of a better way of handling renewals.Ideally we'd like a system of continual renewals (i.e if a member joins in April,they renew the following April),but we haven't got the manpower to keep track of renewal dates for all members.
What is the renewal date on the back of your card Martin?
Andy- I don't remember getting a card. Can you check my experation date? Then can I fax you my credit card info, and charge my membership to that? (If so, I will need your fax #).
Thanks....Harry
ps: Sunday I charged up the battery and took Dolly out for a spin...in bright sunshine. About an hour later it started to snow, and we got 6"of the white stuff!
