Sounds Good. As always, diary permitting i'm up for it and on for it.
Micra Silver Alun , 02 plate, bladered OS Wing and OS Rear Quarter ? There was me thinking that the corner of Clark Street is a dodgy place to park. Mind you, streets are narrow by you, some Geezer nearly had the door mirror of my Jag when I dropped in to pick up that starter motor earlier in the year.
Alun,

I have been giving some thought to this prior to offering my head above the parapet...

I have real problems with October (away for hols writing off two weekends automatically) and early Nov is little better. It is also a little cold and wet for overnighting under canvas.

However, I have the vague beginnings of a plan which I need to do a little more finding out about, which could provide us with a jaunt say the third or fourth weekend in Nov.

I will report back shortly....

Looking forward to the details, I hope to attend, as Malc would say 'Diary permitting'

Sounds a good idea but not sure if my 1300 dolly would make it all the way to wales let alone around wales and back again.
...with an idea I've been toying with. I'd like to have a run along the Snake Pass. (the A57 from Sheffield to Glossop) Unfortunately, I'd have to take my Acclaim as it's the only Triumph (and the only car) that I've got that's on the road. I'd love to do it in Baby Blue though when I finally get her back on the road.

Anyone up for it?

i positively love that road. I grew up in Leeds and went to school in Worksop. My mate lived in Holmfirth (last of the summer wine village) and we used to blat around those roads for fun. Snake Pass rules, but i aint too sure it is a winter run...far better middle of august imo.

Great fun in the winter provided you can get it at a cretin free time of the day. And know when to, and when not to lift <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... s/pimp.gif ALT=":hat">
