Mind you, its such a half hearted squirt round a tiny corner of the country these days I can see why they don't bother. <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... ns/mad.gif ALT=">:"> <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... ns/mad.gif ALT=">:">
Rally
I know what you mean. I've most of the 'Top Gear Mobil 1' Britsh Rallies on tape from a good few years back and they're fantastic featuring Sierra Cosworths, Subaru Legacies, Pug 205's etc... All the stages are covered and there is in-car footage and great camera work. Is it me or are the modern rally cars just too advanced to be any fun to watch? I reckon there should be a motorsport show covering the classic car rallies / hillclimbs held throughout the year - surely there'd be millions who would like to see that<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /smile.gif ALT=":)">

Re: Rally
Tinweevil it's sad to say I don't even know which rally you are talking about. (Triumph 10 Countries?) Truth is making rally videos is hard (as they go everywhere and last for days ) making circuit videos is easy as they go nowhere and last for minutes (...ok hours sometimes.)

When Dave Richards headed for F1 the onus seemed to come off it and now I rarely seem to catch even the Channel four stuff (supposing it still exists!!)

See threads elsewhere on Roger Albert Clark Rally in November - much more like itS but still only on Sky in the middle of the night or on small circulation DVD.
Re: Rally
Finally worked out what you are on about. Caught two minutes late at night on the telly. I think it is on again today. Nice to see McRae back in the seat (driving seat not the bad spanish car.)

Others may laugh but I was quite impressed at how quickly your car was put back together.
