... tony and estelle tell us educational standards are better than ever; all targets have been met, a higher percentage of students get straight 'A's than ever before (I think everyone gets at least one now) and every one can go to University if they want (if they can pay!).

This must be the proof.<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... ferent.gif ALT=":|">

The anguish of the self employed looking to take on his first member of staff...I had an e-mail from a prospective youth the other day asking if I had any work; it used text language!! I should be grateful they had volition to apply direct rather than using one of those parasitic agencies to do it for them<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... ohwell.gif ALT=":">

Yellow Pages

Delist from yellow pages and it will stop...
I get about double the prospective employer seekers from the racially challenged (probably frontal lobally challenged as well) as I ever do any real work enquiries...
Racially Challenged?

Isn't that a bit like calling someone a freeloading gypsy bastard?
Not at all...

#9 Post by Jon Tilson » Wed Nov 23, 2005 2:20 pm

The beauty of the term racially challenged is that can be taken in 2 ways...

1...A witty racist kick back at political correctness.
2...An acceptance that being a member of a non indigenous race can make for a challenging life

Now you can read my post any way you like...
but I didnt use an abusive term doubting someones ethnic origin or questionable parentage or use my "gob" in any way. Voice activation on Easy board is still someway off I'm told...
So if you now where I live, feel free to pop in for a cup of tea and we can watch some Alf Garnet videos together...
