Sorry to ask this old one but i have gone through old threads but not exactly sure of how to post images.<br>

Do you use the link or image icon on the left of the text box<br>
How do you get the link or image details - Do you cut and paste and if so from where.<br>
Any other tips on how best to add text etc with the picture would be appreciated, bet i am not the only one though as i suspect others would like to know also..<br>
