Midhurst May Carnival

The committee of Midhurst May Carnival would like to extend an invitation to owners and drivers of classic vehicles to attend the event on Monday May 3rd.

This is not an organised car show, although for many years the Double LL Club have shown cars, commercial vehicles, stationary engines and transport related ephemera. The event is a small town Carnival, with a car boot sale, children's entertainment and various displays.

We are also holding a Tug o War challenge and the first running of the West Sussex wife carrying competition.

The committee are aiming to provide a relaxed environment where visitors can enjoy the entertainment, the town and the company of like minded enthusiasts without any pressure.

Midhurst can be found in the heart of rural West Sussex, north of Chichester. The Carnival is held in the grounds of Midhurst Grammar School, with the car boot sale starting at 10:00, with the carnival procession at 14:00.
