i was at trentham gardens where i spoke to the tdc club owners who were present, i enjoyed that and promply joined. i have not received my membership as yet but have received a magazine. i was wondering are there any local meetings near me, im in telford, shropshire. i would love to attend. thanks martin

Nowhere in our mag does it say anything about a membership number being needed in order to attend one of our local area meets. In fact even non-members are made very welcome at our meets. <br>
The full details of all our local area meets can be found towards to back of each edition of Dolly Mixture, together with the contact details of the local area rep, with whom you can ring to confirm the details of the meet prior to travelling.<br>
The only reference to membership numbers being needed are for people who want to attend our AGM, which is just a short (semi formal) meeting which will take place during our annual rally on the 17th. Membership numbers are not required for people who are just attending the rally. It also helps (but is not essential) to quote your membership number when leaving messages for club officials - only because we can't always make out names which are quoted in some garbled messages...<!--EZCODE EMOTICON START ;) --><img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/wink.gif ALT=";)"><!--EZCODE EMOTICON END-->
