Why/how would you get an age related plate? As this surely would detract from the car being so unique?<br>

Exactly. An L reg TR7 would turn a few heads even of the people who don't like them.<br>

Our local Lex dealership had a similar story; I worked there for a short while after I finished university for the second time for a while (prime motive; get the Churchill tools, but failed) had an MGB roadster (chrome bumper) that had stayed in its wax under a cover and was then registered on a 'D' plate.<br>

I can`t understand why he has put an age related plate on it, at first glimpse it`s just another tidy TR7, the one thing that would make it interesting is the L reg number plate, that alone would make it worth more.

what were triumph thinking off when they designed the tr7s interiors??<br>
